Cancellation Policy

You can discontinue EverThrive RTM services at any time and for any reason, without penalty. There are no subscriptions, no contracts, and no cancellation fees.

Equipment & Devices

EverThrive does not ship physical devices or equipment as part of standard enrollment. If any device was provided through a partner organization, please contact that organization directly regarding its return.

Medicare Billing

If you discontinue services, any applicable Medicare billing will cease as of your last date of active participation. If you have questions about billing, contact us using the information below.
